Serco is recruiting a Housing Officer for the AASC Coventry contract on a full-time basis.
The role involves delivering welfare support, ensuring property standards, and conducting monthly inspections across IA accommodation.
You will manage day-to-day IA operations, respond to requests and incidents, and provide signposting to Service Users, with a 40-hour week on a rota including nights and weekends.
Salary is £29,250 per annum, plus Serco benefits.
