We are recruiting a Housing Support Worker to support adults, including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them build stability and move towards independent living.
Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £18 - £19/per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 housing-related support
- Develop and manage individual support plans
- Complete risk assessments and support medium-risk clients
- Carry out health & safety and property checks
- Support with budgeting and financial management
- Assist with benefits and tenancy sustainment
- Develop clients' independent living and life skills
About You
- Experience in housing support, substance misuse, or employability
- Experience supporting medium-risk clients, including ex-offenders
- Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
