Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Wiltshire Council Parking Services via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries.
- Provide guidance and assistance to resolve parking‑related issues, ensuring accurate processing within legal and policy frameworks.
- Issue permits, respond to challenges made against penalty charge notices, and address general parking‑related enquiries.
