We're looking for an organised, customer‑focused Housing Options Officer to join our team with strong administrative and IT skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys detailed administrative work, and is confident dealing with customers both online and face‑to‑face.
As a Housing Options Officer, you will play a key part in managing our housing register. This includes processing applications, verifying documents, updating customer information, and ensuring available properties are advertised accurately and on time. You will also support the service by providing reception cover, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and directing them to the relevant teams within the Homeless Service.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis. This is a 3 month temporary position.
