Building Safety Manager – YMCA Thames Gateway Group
Are you passionate about building safety and ready to lead from the front? This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact as the Building Safety Manager for YMCA Thames Gateway Group. In this newly established role, you\’ll have the exciting challenge of shaping and leading a team focused on responding to the increased importance of building safety and compliance.
You will oversee a diverse portfolio of 38 properties, including hostels, self-supported accommodation, nurseries, a youth centre, a gym, and a café. Your responsibilities include ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational integrity of these sites, directly influencing the wellbeing of the communities and beneficiaries we serve.
