Are you an outstanding individual with a passion for delivering high quality care? We need a House Manager who's passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at Broughton Lodge. You will be joining our team on a full time, 40 hrs per week basis. Maximising positive outcomes & recovery for our patients - it's a challenging, satisfying vocation.

Cygnet Broughton Lodge: Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.
