Role: The Housing Manager will manage the day‑to‑day delivery of housing management services within a designated Extra Care scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day delivery of housing services.
- Ensure properties are safe, well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Schedule repairs and manage contractor relationships.
- Maintain high standards of service and value for money.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing residents’ concerns promptly.
- Welcome new residents and encourage engagement with activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven housing management experience.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and RoSH regulations.
- Experience managing and scheduling property maintenance.
- Excellent organisational and tenancy management skills.
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4, or willingness to acquire.
