The post-holder will deliver high-quality vocational and practical learning experiences across Hair & Beauty, Independent Living, Skills for Employability and Careers for SEMH and SEND students in Key Stages 4 and 5, supporting progression toward adulthood, further education, employment or training.

Working primarily with post-16 students, the role focuses on trauma-informed, relational practice to promote engagement, resilience and readiness to learn, with duties spanning planning and assessment.
