Green Square Accord is seeking a Home Ownership Co-ordinator to join our Homes and Communities team in Birmingham or Chippenham with some homeworking.
Salary £25,000-£31,300 plus £750 Car allowance for 22 hours over 3 days a week.
You will manage Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, provide essential admin support, act as a main point of contact for customers, solicitors, and external agencies, and maintain records in Orchard.
DBS check will be required if successful.
