Shift Patterns: Early - 07:30-14:30; Mid - 08:30-17:00; Afternoon/Evening - 15:00-23:00 (sleep in) - 23:00-07:30
Additional Sleep-in allowance £108.00 per sleep in - 7/8 Sleep ins required per month - Get paid for sleeping!

In your new role, you will:
- Provide person centred support to our clients to resettle them back into the community; leading to fulfilled lives, improved life choices, a reduction in offending and safer communities.
- Take responsibility for completing all essential support tasks as a Support Worker whilst maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Special Requirements: The post holder will be expected to be part of a 4 week rolling rota which will include working weekends and bank holidays. You will be expected to complete on average 6/7 sleep ins a month, you will be paid additionally £97.24 per sleep in.
You will ideally have:
- Experience and relevant knowledge of the needs of ex-offenders and vulnerable people and how these needs can be met.
- Confident to work within a small team as well as being a lone worker.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and maintaining accurate written records.
- A full Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential for this role.
