CIH International Housing Group is seeking a proactive Housing Officer on a fixed term contract until end of April 2027. This full-time role (37 hours per week) is home-based with regular tenant visits and occasional meetings at Bedford Head Office.
You will manage tenancy services, focus on anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, and tenancy sustainment, ensuring high-quality service and safeguarding. Strong communication and collaboration with partners are essential.
