Lawtech is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support cladding remediation projects across London and the Southeast. You will build and maintain positive relationships with residents, subcontractors, client representatives and the Lawtech team to ensure smooth on-site delivery.
Responsibilities include maintaining customer service systems, handling surveys and communications, drafting responses, coordinating site visits, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
