We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham. Stokebury House comprises 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24‑hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.
As Scheme Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support
- Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing
- Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, specifically in supporting & empowering people living with mental health illnesses. You will need to:
- Demonstrate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring sensitivity to the impact of trauma on individuals and promoting safety, empowerment, and compassionate care.
- Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
- Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
- Possess strong IT skills
- Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Be committed to inclusion, respect, and person-centred care
Benefits:
