Overview
As an Account Manager in the SME Client Management team, you will act as a trusted partner to international clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to sustain service quality and drive growth. You will balance relationship management with commercial insight to support retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. You’ll collaborate across underwriting, operations, claims, finance, and product to deliver timely, client-focused solutions. This role offers meaningful impact through improving client experiences and contributing to revenue growth in a global health services environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the management and retention of international client portfolios, meeting service commitments and expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in client and broker meetings, preparing commercial analyses, renewal strategies, and service reviews
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, finance, and product teams to deliver effective client solutions
- Support renewal negotiations with market intelligence and account performance analysis
- Proactively manage client queries and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency, advocacy, and service excellence
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure governance and compliance
