In this role, you will drive finance transformation by delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions across multiple teams and geographies. You’ll identify opportunities, translate business needs into practical tech solutions, and help a network of citizen developers. You’ll support governance, track progress, and measure impact to continuously improve finance processes. Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end automation solutions to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency in Finance
- Identify and assess new automation opportunities, gather requirements, translate business needs into practical solutions
- Build and maintain solutions using Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Copilot
- Support citizen developers through troubleshooting, queries, and best practices
- Contribute to AI enablement by developing and maintaining prompt libraries and promoting adoption
- Track project progress with Wrike and maintain visible delivery priorities
- Monitor tool usage and costs and move solutions through governance
- Support continuous improvement by capturing enhancements and outcomes
Key requirements
- Experience or strong interest in finance digital transformation, automation, or data analysis
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to business analysis or supporting projects to completion
- Hands-on or developing experience with Alteryx, Qlik Sense, or similar tools
- Awareness of finance processes or experience with finance functions
- Clear, collaborative communication across diverse teams
- Structured problem-solving approach and attention to root causes
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to completion
