Overview: The Benefits Senior Analyst will support the UK & Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits in supporting the region (UK, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland). The candidate will also partner with the Global Rewards Team on IH Benefits.
As a Benefits Senior Analyst, your role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Get a deep understanding of each country's current benefits package and stay alert of market practices. Conduct reviews of the current benefits package as needed based on those findings.
- Understand local regulations linked to benefits for UK & Europe.
- Coordinate interaction with external providers to decide changes in the current benefits, introduction of new benefits, etc. Manage cost analysis as needed to present change proposals.
- Interact with Benefits providers, procurement and legal to manage annual renewals.
- Manage UK & Europe Benefits Market reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits related data as required.
- Support annual Benefits and HR policies surveys and Benefits reviews across the region.
- Work on projects linked to Compensation and Benefits for IH.
- Support compensation related requests including role evaluation and salary offers reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework.
- Play a key role in the education of company reward practices and programs, managing internal training for HRBP and TA.
- Partner with the broader team on continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Skills and Experience:
- Team worker and comfortable working within international virtual teams.
- High knowledge of UK Benefits and local legislation, ideally also across the Europe region.
- Experience in supporting Compensation and Benefits for different countries/regions.
- Agile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities and demanding timescales.
- Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW, …).
- Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience of HRIS integration and reporting.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong, solution-driven analytical skills.
