We’re looking for a Software V&V Engineer to join a growing engineering team working on complex, high-performance products. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll shape how software and firmware are tested, validated, and improved across the full development lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and improve software/firmware validation & verification processes
  • Develop and execute test strategies for new and existing products
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, systems, mechanical)
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews)
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement across projects
  • Act as a go‑to expert for software validation best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in software/firmware testing and validation
  • Experience with safety‑critical systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW or similar tools (desirable)
  • Understanding of embedded systems and/or electronics is advantageous
  • Experience working in Agile environments
