We’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation programme. This role sits at the heart of delivery—bridging technology and operations to implement a key integration between a bespoke SQL-based system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. This isn’t just about delivery—it’s about driving real change and ensuring teams are ready to adopt new ways of working.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead delivery of a system integration between SQL-based applications and D365 Finance
- Work closely with internal developers and external suppliers
- Map and align key business processes with the technical solution
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management across operational teams
- Manage stakeholders and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment
- Support testing phases, including UAT and business readiness
- Proven experience delivering systems integrations (ideally SQL → D365 Finance)
- Strong Project Management + Business Analysis skillset
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Hands-on involvement in UAT and testing cycles
- Ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Confident communicator who can influence without authority
