Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Power BI Specialist to join a developing Business Intelligence function. This role will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights through high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate data into meaningful insights that support decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • BI Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports. Convert complex datasets into structured, usable data models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. Translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
  • Data & Governance: Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review report usage and identify opportunities for improvement. Keep up to date with Power BI features and industry trends. Contribute to ongoing BI strategy development.

Experience

  • Essential: 3 years’ experience using Power BI for reporting and visualisation.
  • Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
