The Global Fulfillment Leader role enables end-to-end supply assurance across a global product portfolio, safeguarding customer delivery commitments and revenue outcomes. This position provides senior execution leadership within Supply Chain through prioritisation, constraint resolution, and risk-informed decision support. Impact is measured by consistent execution against customer schedules, shipment plans, and business commitments.

How you will make an impact:

  • Drive resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution constraints through coordination with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
  • Execute established order promising and allocation frameworks while elevating data-backed recommendations for prioritisation and trade-off decisions.
  • Deliver executive-level summaries of supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans.
  • Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis across firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead root cause analysis of service performance failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Influence cross-functional execution outcomes through data-driven insights without direct authority.

The must haves:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain with application across Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfilment.
