Job Description
Working directly with the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Operations Specialist, this role offers hands-on experience supporting sales processes, managing data, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with various teams, enhance communication skills, and gain exposure to client-facing tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update documentation for sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Learn and understand the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Collect, interpret, and analyse data sets used to manage business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports.
- Assist in creating and testing new CRM and BI dashboards.
