The Global Fulfillment Leader plays a critical role in ensuring end‐to‐end supply assurance across a global product portfolio, protecting customer delivery commitments and revenue outcomes. This role provides senior execution leadership within Supply Chain by driving order prioritisation, resolving supply constraints, and advising on delivery risk. The impact of this position is measured by consistent execution against customer schedules, ship plans, and business commitments.
How you will make an impact:- Lead day‐to‐day supply assurance across assigned products and customer segments to protect scheduled ship dates, project deployments, and ship plan commitments.
- Drive resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution constraints through coordination with key internal stakeholders such as Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
- Execute within established order promising and allocation frameworks while elevating data‐backed recommendations for prioritisation and trade‐off decisions.
- Deliver executive‐level summaries of supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans.
- Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis across firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to inform leadership decisions.
- Lead root cause analysis of service performance failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Influence cross‐functional execution outcomes through data‐driven insights without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain with application across Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfilment.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems and adherence to planning standards.
- Application of advanced data analysis techniques using Excel to interpret large, complex datasets.
- Development of executive‐ready presentations and written communication using PowerPoint.
- Execution in fast‐paced, customer‐driven environments requiring management of multiple concurrent issues.
- Operation with a high degree of autonomy and visibility without direct people management responsibility.
- Experience with Oracle ERP.
