The Senior Project Manager – Brand, Digital, & Talent Marketing will lead end-to-end delivery of complex brand, digital, and recruitment marketing projects, ensuring operational excellence, governance and high-quality execution. This role is responsible for driving structured project planning, cross-functional coordination, and risk management to deliver strategic outcomes aligned with brand and talent marketing priorities on behalf of our client, working directly with the Senior Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across Mid‑Career, Emerging Talent, and People Communications workstreams, including social, recruitment marketing, careers site/CRM, and internal communications output.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource forecasts for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Establish, document, and maintain workflows, ways of working, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day delivery operations, tracking milestones, and ensuring all outputs meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues.
  • Ensure rigorous processes for briefing, approvals, version control, and quality assurance across creative and campaign deliverables.
  • Serve as the delivery lead in cross‑functional meetings, clarifying requirements, confirming dependencies, and aligning expectations across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative studio, social, recruitment marketing/media, insights, people communications, RPO) and external partners to achieve seamless delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, scopes, and statements of work, monitoring burn rates and supporting profitability management with the Senior Director.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure effective workload distribution and on‑time delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education: A university degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Candidates without a formal degree but with substantial hands‑on experience in project management, creative production, or digital/recruitment marketing will be fully considered. Additional training or certification in project management (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMI) is beneficial.

Experience: 8–10+ years of project management experience within brand, recruitment advertising, and/or creative agencies, required. Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience managing budgets and scopes of work, required. Deep understanding of creative processes—including brand identity, design, artwork, content production, and campaign rollout, required. Ability to communicate clearly, manage both internal and client-side stakeholders, and influence decision‑making, required. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities, required.

Exposure: Deep functional knowledge of creative and production processes, including brand identity, design, artwork, content development, and campaign rollout, required. Understanding of digital production, social media content delivery, integrated recruitment marketing, and collaboration with third party vendors (e.g., production houses, freelancers, digital/media partners), required. Strong organizational, analytical, and risk mitigation abilities, with the capacity to operate effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, required. Knowledge of digital production, social content production, or integrated marketing. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com and Smartsheets. Understanding of media channels and advertising production workflows. Formal project management training (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMI) is a plus.
