Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers Campaign Manager to join our Recruitment Marketing team dedicated to one client. This is a high-profile client of Cielo and an excellent opportunity to be involved at the beginning of this client’s expanded partnership with Cielo. You will work in collaboration with a Campaign Management team dedicated to supporting this same client in other Geographies. Similarly, you will work in partnership with a dedicated Brand team supporting the same client. Additionally, you will be supported by an experienced Global Recruitment Marketing team, who are dedicated to supporting one another and thrive working collaboratively.
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the concept of strategy through to the activation of the strategy, including ongoing optimization and reporting. You will be accountable for enhancing Cielo’s media and recruitment marketing capabilities across EMEA, with a strategic focus on Early Careers attraction and a focus on cost and Return on Investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Researching, developing, and activating Early Careers Campaigns (Brand Awareness & Talent Attraction)
- Scheduling and optimizing media
- Campaign and budget management
- Tracking, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI
- Cultivate and develop media supplier relationships, particularly Universities, FE Institutions and Early Careers media.
- Delivering regular campaign reports and commentary, including web analysis and measurement against campaign objectives to inform new campaigns
- Managing and continuously improving our media publishing capabilities
Requirements
- Experience of executing media strategies within Early Careers
- Experience of paid Social Ads
- Experience of Google Ads and ideally Google Analytics
- Experience of Programmatic Advertising
- Experience in creating and executing recruitment marketing strategies
- Media buying and negotiation capabilities
- Track record of successful senior stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with agility
- Ability to turn new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for our clients
- Knowledge of recruiting for a breadth of industries
