Based at the newly established UK Group HQ in West London, this is a unique opportunity to support HR operational excellence and help shape modern, data-driven people practices across multiple countries.
This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with experience in HR systems, data analytics, or total rewards who is looking to step into a broader, international-facing role.
How You'll Make an Impact
As part of the Group HR team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact HR initiatives at the enterprise level. You'll be exposed to global transformation work, gain hands-on experience with HR systems, analytics, and total rewards, and work alongside experienced HR and business leaders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a unified, enterprise-wide HR operating model aligned with transformation strategy
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global HRIS, ensuring integration, scalability, and user experience
- Establish common KPIs and workforce metrics across business units
- Leverage insights and frameworks from a global consulting project to drive data-led decision-making
- Build and support a centre of excellence in HR analytics
- Design and deliver a compelling total rewards strategy, including salary structures and benefits
- Oversee executive compensation governance in collaboration with senior leadership
- Ensure compliance across all 12 markets with compensation, tax, and benefits regulations
- Benchmark global and local reward practices for competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Lead cyclical processes such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits planning
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, total rewards, or HR analytics
- Strong interest in progressing into a senior or enterprise-level HR role
- Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data handling skills
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred
