  • Establish common KPIs and workforce metrics across business units
  • Leverage insights and frameworks from a global consulting project to drive data-led decision-making
  • Build and support a centre of excellence in HR analytics
  • Design and deliver a compelling total rewards strategy, including salary structures and benefits
  • Oversee executive compensation governance in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance across all 12 markets with compensation, tax, and benefits regulations
  • Benchmark global and local reward practices for competitiveness and cost efficiency
  • Lead cyclical processes such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits planning

What You Bring

  • Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred
