Growth Executive - Technology Product in Oakham

Conforme is Cielo Costa's compliance product, built to bring order and clarity to organisations wrestling with regulatory demands. We\'re building the commercial engine behind it - starting with you.

The role

A true jack of all trades. The right hand to our Director of Product and Director of Technology. One week you\'re generating leads and deep in LinkedIn outreach, the next you\'re pulling together event logistics, Canva collateral, or a tender response. You\'ll try things, see what works, and move fast.

Core responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across outbound, LinkedIn and inbound channels

• Get stuck into whatever growth needs that week - events, marketing collateral, a landing page, a PPC test.

• Support tenders and contracts as opportunities come in.

• Try new ideas and channels, keep what works and drop what doesn\'t

What we\'re looking for

• 2-3 years in a client- customer- or marketing-facing, commercial role - sales, account management, marketing, customer success or similar

• Hungry, high energy, curious, and full of fresh ideas and ability to action them.

• Happy to turn your hand to whatever\'s needed rather than stick to a fixed job description

• Entrepreneurial instincts: comfortable building something from scratch, not just following a playbook

• Base salary £35K+
