Location: London, SE1
Hourly Rate: £13.85
Contract Type: Zero-Hour Casual Contract
Availability Required: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Immediate start possible)

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in conference and events venues or silver service waiting
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Dedication and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety protocols (an advantage but full training will be provided)
- Familiarity with AV equipment (an advantage)
The Role:
As a casual worker at 15Hatfields, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our events.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, including manual handling of chairs and tables
- Servicing meetings and events, including setting up catering and beverage stations and maintaining cleanliness
- Re-stocking beverage stations as needed
- Responding promptly to management and client needs
- Assisting with bar service and canapé receptions
- Serving at silver service dinner functions
