  • Coordinate survey equipment bookings and manage servicing and maintenance of equipment.
  • Manage data handover from staff and subcontractors in the field, including survey forms, photographs, maps, etc., and undertake initial quality assurance of data to ensure survey data are complete and organised.
  • Assist with formatting and delivery of reports to meet internal and client standards.
  • Support project financial administration: track purchase orders, subcontractor costs and timesheets.
  • Support business development activities, such as preparing tender documents or proposals.
  • Previous experience within an ecology or environmental consultancy environment.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and project management or scheduling systems.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to record-keeping and quality control.
  • Able to commute to Bristol office (Westbury-on-Trym).
  • A degree in ecology, environmental science, biology, conservation or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with GIS software and field data collection apps.
