Role Description

  • Role: Social Psychology Instructor
  • Location: CIEE London, England
  • Hours: 45 in-person contact hours
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term/Contract
  • Dates: March 30 – May 10, 2026
  • Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

CIEE London is seeking an instructor to teach an in-person Social Psychology course for the Spring 2026 Open Campus term. The instructor will work closely with the Academics Team at the CIEE London Centre. The Course Instructor should have excellent classroom management skills and experience teaching university-level students. The Course Instructor and other instructors will be supported by the Academics Team based in CIEE’s teaching location in London, the CIEE London Centre in Russell Square.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching university-level students
  • Experience teaching and/or working with US undergraduate students preferred
  • Master’s degree required, and PhD preferred
  • Significant experience in the subject area related to the course
  • Outstanding intercultural communications skills
  • High level of English proficiency required; all courses will be delivered in English
  • Experience working with an LMS (e.g., Canvas)
