1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT
Full Time, Fixed-Term Contract (Term Time only), starting September 2026
Grade 5 - 32.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils within class groups under the line management of teachers.
- Assist with daily classroom tasks and provide individual support as required.
- Present as an excellent role model, interacting positively with children to develop their self‑esteem, self‑worth and self‑confidence.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, resilience and sense of humour in a challenging environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant training will be provided.
