This is a highly visible leadership role managing both Technical and NPD activity across the business. With ambitious expansion plans, increasing customer complexity and a broad international supply network, they’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to help shape the next chapter.

The opportunity
You’ll lead the safety, legality, quality and NPD agenda across a diverse product portfolio manufactured through a network of co-manufacturing partners. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and will suit someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities across customers, suppliers, projects and internal stakeholders.
- Leading and developing the Technical and NPD function with three direct reports.
- Driving continuous improvement across food safety, compliance and quality systems.
- Developing improved QMS for the next stage of growth.
- Acting as the senior technical contact across customers and manufacturing partners.
- Ensuring NPD projects are delivered effectively and collaboratively across the business.
- Helping bring greater structure and process as the business continues to scale.
