Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate, assess, prepare, and monitor cases for assigned countries.
- Anticipate and meet client needs, offering proactive advice.
- Stay updated on industry events and changes to legislation, as relevant to clients.
- Communicate with clients, embassies, and authorities, and build and maintain warm client relationships.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, comprehensively and accurately.
- Attend client meetings, telephone & video conferences/webinars as required.
- Identify, pursue and generate new business leads, ensuring that work is profitable.
- Manage time effectively and prioritise critical tasks.
- Exceed customer expectations and meet service level agreements.
- Utilise resources and research complex cases/scenarios.
- Contact Embassies, Consulates, Visa Application Centres and other authorised agencies or authorities to confirm requirements and details, as required.
- Recommend improvements in work procedures, policies or systems.
- Work with third party providers across the globe to efficiently deliver services to clients.
- Use sound judgment in assessing client risk and escalate potential issues to management in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain all applicable data and documents in Immigo (Newland Chase Immigration System).
- Ensure all work undertaken is in scope, is billed promptly and that fees are agreed/approved in advance for additional services.
- Work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company values.
- Handle applications expediently, accurately, and in compliance with immigration laws.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
Person Specification and Competencies:
- Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable).
- Previous immigration experience (min. 2 years).
- Proven ability to research, identify, analyse and interpret information from a range of sources and develop an appropriate solution.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and under supervision.
- Proven ability to undertake work on a project basis.
- Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly new initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse and varied workload.
