About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative (Letter of Credit) Consultant to join our team in Hoddesdon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator looking to develop specialist knowledge within trade finance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately checking and creating documentation in line with established processes
  • Analysing information to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues and banks
  • Maintaining high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure deadlines and service standards are met

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ office-based experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organised, adaptable and reliable

  • Experience with export documentation
  • Background in banking, trade finance or insurance documents
