Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Financial Systems Administrator to oversee the administration, optimization, and support of our enterprise financial systems.
This newly established role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our financial technology ecosystem, including Net Suite, Kyriba, Concur, Stripe, Ramp, and system integrations through Boomi.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with financial systems knowledge, project management capabilities, and leadership experience to support global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise financial systems, including system security, workflows, customizations, scripting, and integrations.
- Manage multiple global projects and system enhancement initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Lead and mentor a small offshore support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous service improvement.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, scripts, custom records, workflows, and third‑party integrations to support evolving business requirements.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for finance system users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate and manage Net Suite's biannual release process, including sandbox testing, impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor application performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions to maximize system stability and reliability.
- Develop customized reports, dashboards, and saved searches that provide actionable business insights.
- Automate business processes by implementing workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience administering and supporting Net Suite ERP.
- Strong expertise in Net Suite customization, including Suite‑Script, workflows, custom fields, custom records, forms, saved searches, and reporting.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems and business process automation.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering system enhancements in a global environment.
- Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Net Suite administration and platform configuration.
- Experience with financial system integrations using Boomi or similar integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
- Experience designing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
