We are currently looking for a full time Courier to join our busy Courier Team in Ashford, Middlesex. Our Courier Team work to deliver and collect urgent documents to meet deadlines. Couriers are responsible for providing best-in-class submission and retrieval of time-sensitive confidential documents and passports to the Consulates. To ensure success, Liaisons build strong working relationships with Blair teams and Consulates. Our Liaisons are the face of Blair to the Consulates, acting as brand ambassadors by delivering service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect daily duties from Ashford office, including run sheets, documents and payment methods required.
- Deliver all documents to clients and Embassies in good order, adhering to all time restrictions and third party requirements.
- Collect documents from clients and Embassies, adhering to all time restrictions and requirements.
- Facilitate payments on the Company’s behalf, in the form of card, cheque and cash payments.
- Maintain an accurate record of all collections and deliveries, ensuring POD’s are collected.
- Take responsibility for the security of documentation and payment methods.
- Utilise the QR code system in real time to ensure all documents are trackable by the office team and clients.
- Maintain an accurate record of payments made.
- Build a strong rapport with clients and Embassies.
- Keep the company vehicle provided clean and maintained. Report any damage, maintenance issues or accidents to Line Manager.
- Liaise with the Line Manager as required through the working day to ensure all collections/deliveries are completed successfully.
- Any other duties, as requested by Management, to support the running of the business.

Education and Qualifications:
- Driver’s license; clean driving record.
- College degree or Associates Degree with two years’ experience or equivalent combination.
- Highly desirable: 1-3 years’ experience in travel, hospitality or embassy/consulate relations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong client service mentality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet strict deadlines and to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work accordingly.
- Reliable self-starter with desire to show ownership and commitment to role.
- Proficient computer skills.
