Position Overview
We are currently looking for aâ ¯Corporate Legal and Regulatory Affairs Consultantâ ¯in Ashford, Middlesex.
Our busy team work with all types of export documentation, working closely with our customers and the London Chamber of Commerce to meet deadlines.
The role consists of the following
- Preparing documentation for authentication by Notaries, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Embassies.
- Register all document requests on our internal database, keep the database up to date in the event of queries and complete files in a timely fashion once a job has been completed.
- Send client invoices where customer procedure allows via email from the database
- Oversee the legalization of documentation in other markets, forming our international legalization hub.
- Communicate with international CIBT offices/partner agents to address any queries and liaise with clients to remedy any issues.
- Liaise with customers via telephone & email, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Arranging the translation of documentation via a third-party agent.
- Ensure that all documents are processed through the necessary steps and clients are charged correctly.
- Basic administrative support may be required.
