I am currently headhunting for a technically sharp MU Designer / Design Engineer to join a highly successful, fast–growing ICP based in Central Scotland. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Head of Design, focusing on delivering comprehensive utility solutions.

The Package & Perks:

  • Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable DOE)

  • Flexibility: Genuine Hybrid or Remote working options (with occasional visits to the head office in Scotland)

What the Client is Looking For:

  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience designing multi–utility networks or power distribution systems.
  • Technical Know–How: Solid experience with 11kV and 33kV systems is highly desirable, alongside familiarity with DNO/IDNO standards and G81 frameworks.
  • Future–Proofing: Strong knowledge of EV Chargers and Charge Points is a massive advantage, as you will be driving their growing green–energy portfolio.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with industry tools such as Windebut, VisNet, or Trimble.
