Your new company is a family-run business working in mechanical and electrical sectors with a major presence across Liverpool. They work on large portfolios as well as small bespoke schemes, primarily in Healthcare, Education, and both public and private clients.

Your new role involves joining the growing team as a MEP Revit technician based in Liverpool. You will use CAD and Revit to produce 2D & 3D models according to the company's data management strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling complex drafting assignments under minimum supervision from senior team members.
  • Creating and developing 2D & 3D models and working drawings from sketches or descriptions developed by engineers for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and containment.
  • Reviewing your own drawings for completeness prior to checking by senior team members.
  • Maintaining all revisions of project drawings.
  • Revising and updating CAD/Revit drawings as required.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within the UK MEP sector for consultancy or a main contractor.
  • Engineering degree or relevant discipline.
  • HNC Revit qualifications.
