Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing design consultancy that will actively support your work life balance whilst providing exceptional career development? The company are a specialist design consultancy with an excellent reputation across the building services industry. They have completed projects such as the Peninsula London, The Whiteley as well as other major projects in the rail, residential and commercial market. Since launching over 3 decades ago they have built a strong client base through its collaborative approach, technical expertise and high-quality project delivery.
The suitable candidate will be working across a wide variety of projects, where you will be completing the detailed designs for specialist projects within the mechanical, electrical and public services. This role will be Hybrid, three days in office – two remotely. This role would suit a mechanical design engineer from a construction background that is looking for an opportunity that can provide exclusive training and support your work life balance.
The Role
- Develop detailed calculations, reports, specifications, GA drawings, system schematics and equipment selections.
- Define and develop design briefs with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with client specifications, current legislation and industry standards.
