We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team, delivering high‑quality commercial office fit‑out projects across Central London. This is a site‑based role overseeing CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit‑outs, with a focus on the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values typically range from £2m to £8m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project programming and planning
  • Preparation and management of technical submittals
  • Procurement of materials and subcontractors
  • Subcontractor and labour management
  • Cost control and budget management
  • Progress reporting
  • Health & safety management
  • Project and programme implementation
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and designs
  • Attending and leading technical and progress meetings
  • Regular site inspections and snagging
  • Compilation and handover of O&M manuals

Salary & Package

  • £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Travel expenses to site covered
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 years’ service)
  • Pension scheme
