Building Services Electrical Design Engineer is required to join a design and build manufacturer, with a background in electrical building services from an Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy background.
Package: Up to 65K, 25 days holiday, pension.
We require someone to hit the ground running so only able to accept applications from local individuals with electrical design experience in building services.
The Role:
- Lead a team of electrical design engineers
- Electrical design of LV electrical layout requirements for multiple simultaneous projects
- Equipment selections and design calculations
- Attend Teams meeting with customers
- Assist with project planning
- Maintenance of relevant regulatory/legislative compliance
- Specification of compliant parts and practices
You:
- An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer
- Likely to have worked in an Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy
- Previous experience in senior / leadership role
- 18th Edition qualified
- Electrical Design skills are essential
- HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering
- AutoCAD experience/qualification
- Amtech design calculation software experience is preferable
- Driving licence
