As an Intermediate Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer, you will support the Principal or Associate Directors on small to medium-sized projects, anything from £100K to £1M. You will liaise directly with clients, specialist contractors, and other disciplines and see projects from RIBA Stage 2 to 4. As you develop and gain confidence in your role, you will have the chance to lead larger projects valued between £10M and £50M. You will also benefit from structured management training designed to help strong engineers become confident, effective leaders. Essential requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience as a HVAC design engineer, in the UK.
- Able to use Bluebeam, Revit, and ideally H2X (or at least IES or Hevacomp).
- Good communicator, comfortable in front of clients.
