Your New Company

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading contractor on the Isle of Wight with the recruitment of two Building Services Managers to support their busy team.

  • Your New Role
  • Provide technical advice and assistance on service issues on projects and work with the project management team as well as day-to-day management of services contractors.
  • Ensure that all services design and installation deliverables are reviewed to establish they are within budget, fully coordinated and buildable.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings with the M&E Sub-Contractor and maintain close relationships with the customer, client design teams, estate department and facility management teams.
  • What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Previous building services experience within MOJ or commercial projects.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical background.
  • Ability to secure relevant clearances.

This role is being offered at a daily rate of £350-£400 per day on a long-term contract.
