The Role
- Deliver electrical design from RIBA Stage 0 to 4
- Undertake feasibility studies and technical assessments
- Produce electrical drawings and full tender documentation
- Carry out electrical condition, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys
- Act as technical advisor to clients and support contractor design reviews
- Monitor electrical works on site, ensuring quality and compliance
- Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery and commercial outcomes
About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, Chartered or working towards MCIBSE or equivalent
- Strong experience delivering electrical design independently
- Background in consultancy or site‑based engineering
- Experience in asset surveying and technical due diligence
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Revit would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and client‑facing capability
