The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

You will be instrumental in increasing the energy performance of commercial buildings and reducing their carbon use and operating costs. As a well–established building services consultancy, you'll enjoy working in their modern, bright and spacious office conveniently located to both road and rail transport links. You'll benefit from being involved in detailed mechanical design, commissioning and site surveys. You will also have structured support from the team of hands on Associates, Principals and Seniors.

With at least two years' experience in building services you'll already have a good understanding of most HVAC services such as fan coils, VAV, VRF/VRV, chilled beam air conditioning systems, fresh air supply and extract systems and knowledge of passive design and renewable energy options. This role has been created due to a solid pipeline of new work stretching through 2025 and beyond and will provide you with the opportunity of working on some prestigious design projects.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the design of HVAC systems.
  • Previous residential, mixed use and commercial, office project experience including base build and also CAT A and CAT B fit–out projects.
  • Able to work in a team to achieve common goals.
