Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier-1 Main Contractor for an experienced Building Services Manager to support a major secure-sector project in the North West. The role is 100% dedicated to the project with roughly 50% site-based and 50% office-based in Liverpool.
You will lead all MEP activities, manage specialist subcontractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain project documentation while coordinating with stakeholders and the project team to keep the programme on track.
