The Role: We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll provide HR support and guidance across our sites, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies, while helping foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries across all locations
- Advise managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Assist with workforce planning and deliver HR policy training
- Monitor absence and manage return-to-work processes
- Contribute to HR projects, including engagement and retention initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) – Level 3 considered with strong experience
- Previous HR experience, ideally in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across locations
- Full driving licence and own transport preferred
