Alongside our main restaurants, Cibo venues offer private dining rooms and event spaces, suitable for celebrations, corporate events, and group dining, all supported by experienced teams and attentive service.
As Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private dining, group bookings, and special events across Cibo’s venues. You’ll work closely with our restaurant managers and kitchen teams to ensure every event, from intimate celebrations to large-scale functions, runs seamlessly and exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming event and private hire enquiries across Cibo Restaurants
- Work with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional service
- Coordinate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless delivery of all events
- Oversee pre-orders, deposits, and all event administration
- Drive sales by proactively contacting past bookers, building relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Monitor event performance and guest feedback to continuously improve our offering
- Act as the face of the events department, promoting Cibo’s event spaces on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Support ticketed events with deposits, pre-orders, and overall event delivery
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality sales, or a similar role
- A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, sales-driven, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
