As a Director, Senior Business Systems Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and shaping business application developments that drive CIBC’s success. As a technical leader, you’ll interpret complex business and technical information, advise on technology solutions, and influence key decisions across the organization. A significant focus of your role will be on advanced problem solving and troubleshooting, where you’ll address challenging issues, resolve critical incidents, and proactively identify areas for improvement. You’ll consult with senior management and cross‑functional teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Accountabilities
